Suzuki Motor Corporation has officially presented the new Suzuki DF115BG and DF140 BG with electronic controls.
The “drive-by-wire”, that is to say the throttle lever that when activated increases acceleration thanks to an electric cable, is now available on the new DF115BG and DF140BG outboards.
In addition, both models also offer a change control system called “Suzuki Precision Control” that replaces the conventional mechanical system of sheathed cables, with electrical cables that allow smooth clutching, as well as fast, more gradual and more acceleration control. precise.
These models show a slight redesign of the casing in the air intakes, which make these 115 and 140 horses quieter thanks to new silencers due to the fact that the absorbed air is now drier, improving combustion and performance.
By removing the casing, it is easier to change the filters that have been relocated and the oil filter has a tray / visor to avoid small spills.
