Somnio: the largest apartment yacht in the world.

Somnio will be what promises to be the largest yacht in the world.

Somnio is the world’s first ocean liner, conceived to provide all the benefits of superyacht ownership and with the highest possible standards, with on-board amenities that reflect a service found only in the best hotels in the world.

US $ 11.2 million will be the minimum value of one of the 39 departments that will be there. According to projections, it will be released in 2024 and will cost US $ 600 million to build.

With a length of 222 meters, it will change the course of ultra-luxury travel forever. The service will be fantastic: it has a 10,000-bottle cellar, several restaurants and bars, a huge beach club, and a lounge at the bow of the ship.

The units, which will be located on six decks of the yacht, will have their own kitchen, gym, library and spaces to eat inside and outside the terrace.

Medical care is also a key feature in protecting homeowners against pandemics.

With just 39 luxurious and spacious apartments on six apartment decks, it is now for sale with a starting price of € 9.5 million.

Among the five-star amenities offered by the ship are a shared cellar that is added to a tasting room with 10,000 bottles, various restaurants, bars and a beach club with water sports.

The purpose of this type of luxury good is to create a private space that offers the option of socializing with peers, forming a community of owners.

The project led by Carl Le Souef is already under construction in Norway. The Somnio Global company, in alliance with the Swedish design companies Tillberg Design and Winch Design, are responsible for planning the boat.
