The news comes just the day that the sale of the Yildiz shipyard by Perini Navi in Turkey was defined, decided for a long time to try to bring liquidity to the company’s disastrous coffers: 30 million and 560 thousand euros the award by an investor. whose identity is not known.
The debt restructuring plan presented by Fenix to the Lucca judges at that time was useless: it envisaged an agreement with the Blue Skye fund to dispose of a loan of 30 million euros in the form of a four-year bond, in prededuction. , at an interest rate of 10% – not to mention the most recent turn of the same where, instead of the collapsed English fund, the Italian private equity fund Clessidra came to the rescue, ready to finance the debt restructuring operation this time with 38 million euros.
In light of the Florence ruling, the dance on the fate of the glorious Viareggio brand, founded in 1983 by Fabio Perini, passed this morning to the bankruptcy administrator Franco Della Santa, appointed at the end of January by the Lucca judges.
He is tasked with choosing who will take over the management of the company, with three possible options at this time: the combination of the Ferretti Group and Sanlorenzo; The Italian Marine Group; Palumbo superyacht.
