The annual Rolex Middle Sea Race is a 600-mile offshore classic that is a must-do for sailing enthusiasts. The race is known for its challenging and spectacular course, which involves an anticlockwise loop around Sicily, featuring numerous corners. Competitors face a diverse range of conditions and a series of complex tactical decisions, making it a thrilling and technical challenge.

The 44th edition of the Rolex Middle Sea Race will start on Saturday, 21st October. The Royal Malta Yacht Club is bustling with activity as the final registration is currently underway. How to follow the 2023 Rolex Middle Sea Race

Set in the heart of the Mediterranean and considered one of the most beautiful in the world. Starts and finishes in Malta, passes two active volcanoes and takes in the deep azure waters surrounding Sicily, and the Aeolian and Egadi Islands, as well as lonelier outposts of Pantelleria and Lampedusa, both closer to the African continent than Europe.
