Alenka Artnik sets the new freediving world record: – 114 meters
Alenka Artnik, a Slovenian freediver from 1981, has set several national records and won world titles.
In 2019, at the CMAS World Championship held in Honduras, she set the world record by descending with a monofin to 113 meters in constant weight.
This November 7, she set a new world record for female monofin at the AIDA Blue Week Competition in Sharm El Sheikh (Egypt), in the Constant Weight (CWT) discipline, with a dive to 114 meters deep.
