SOLARIS, ROMAN ABRAMOVICH’S MEGAYACHT
Launched a few weeks ago, the Solaris megayacht, owned by Russian magnate Roman Abramovich, has been spotted off the Côte d’Azur, according to photos taken at Cap d’Antibes, which show it at anchor.
THE EUR 500 million MEGAYACHT SOLARIS, and 140 meters in length, was built over three years by Lloyd Werft in Bremerhaven, Germany.
It can accommodate up to 36 passengers on board in 48 cabins. The boat consists of 8 decks and an internal garage with the capacity to store a helicopter. She has two electric motors, which make her one of the most powerful yachts in the world due to her propulsion.
