The self-sufficient yacht uses quiet electric propulsion for unlimited range without noise and fumes and with minimal vibration. Because of that, the operating costs of the boats are substantially lower compared to motor yachts that use more traditional propulsion systems. The yacht’s draft is just under 1 meter, allowing it to reach shallower bays.

The arrangement of the components allows the yacht to power all onboard systems without the need for a generator. The generator is only used to recharge batteries in the rare case where higher speeds are required to be maintained for longer periods of time or when weather conditions are unfavorable for several days.

The base price of the new SILENT 62 Tri-Deck is € 2,427,000.
