Jeff Bezos’ yacht could be in for a surprise if it ever leaves Rotterdam.
Thousands of residents say they’re willing to throw rotten eggs at Jeff Bezos’s $485 million giant yacht because they’re upset with his plan to dismantle a historic bridge so the yacht can pass.
The ship, which is intended to be the world’s largest sailing yacht, boasts three 229-foot masts that make it too tall to pass under the bridge into the open sea.
Instead of trimming the ship’s giant masts or building them later, the idea is to temporarily dismantle the center section of the De Hef bridge, so she can walk over.
