Hicimos mucho entrenamiento f\u00edsico, remo y otros deportes. Prepararse para una traves\u00eda de este tipo no tiene una f\u00f3rmula espec\u00edfica, como sucede en otros deportes. A eso le sumamos entrenamiento mental, sobre todo para lograr una buena convivencia y aprovechar al m\u00e1ximo las fortalezas de todas, as\u00ed como para reconocer cu\u00e1les eran nuestras debilidades y c\u00f3mo lograr que no fueran un problema para el grupo&#8221;, relat\u00f3 Sof\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>El equipo se baj\u00f3 del bote \u00a0en la ciudad de Antigua (Antigua y Barbuda) m\u00e1s unido que nunca: &#8220;A diferencia de lo que pasa con otros grupos que terminan todos peleados, nosotras bajamos m\u00e1s amigas de lo que nos subimos y eso fue porque logramos un trabajo mental muy fuerte&#8221;, destac\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Sof\u00eda Deambrosi es la primera uruguaya que cruz\u00f3 el Oc\u00e9ano Atl\u00e1ntico a remo, \u00a0formando un grupo de cuatro mujeres que hicieron la traves\u00eda en enero.
