BOAT CRASH IN VENICE
A passenger speedboat belonging to the Alilaguna company lost control on Venice’s Grand Canal on February 8, 2026, colliding with two tourist gondolas and crashing into a building near the Rialto Bridge. The accident caused several tourists to fall into the water, resulting in bruises and hypothermia, but no fatalities.
