Entries open for the 30th Superyacht Cup Palma as Europe’s longest-running superyacht regatta enters a new era

New and returning contenders, expanded class options — including multihulls for the first time — and a landmark anniversary in Palma, 24–27 June 2026.

The Superyacht Cup Palma — Europe’s longest-standing superyacht regatta — will celebrate its landmark 30th anniversary in 2026, combining three decades of racing heritage with expanded class options that reflect the evolving world of superyacht competition.

For its 30th edition, the regatta will again welcome its core superyacht classes, alongside J Class, Café Racer and Corinthian — and, for the first time ever, performance multihulls, opening a new chapter in the event’s history.

With entries now open and strong early interest from both returning and first-time competitors, the 24–27 June 2026 edition is shaping up to be a celebration of the Superyacht Cup Palma’s heritage, paired with its trademark evolution and innovation.

Likely contenders once again in 2026 include the Baltic 108 Win Win, a previous SYC winner, and last year’s Class A victor Gelliceaux and runner-up Cervo.

Other possible returnees are the always impressive J Class yachts Rainbow and Svea, and Baltic 68 Café Racers Ganesha and Scorpione Hormar, opening up the possibility of separate classes for each group.

Meanwhile potential first-timers include the Wally 100 Inco, 28m Swan Spiip, the Swan 90S Hummingbird (ex-Leonara), and former SYC regular Atalante I, with her new owner and captain keen to make their debut at the regatta.

Also potentially making their debut — in every sense — are the performance multihulls Highland Fling 18 and 84-foot Allegra, marking the first time multihulls will compete at the Superyacht Cup Palma.

Continuity remains at the heart of the Superyacht Cup Palma experience, with Club de Mar-Mallorca confirmed as Venue Partner and the race village set in the centre of Palma. St. Regis Mardavall Mallorca — the regatta’s longstanding Preferred Hotel Partner — will again host the Owners’ Midsummer BBQ, the event’s signature social highlight.

On-the-water competition will be overseen by the Real Club Náutico de Palma (RCNP), maintaining the regatta’s consistently high standards of race management. And supporting the 30th edition are Clothing Partner Marinepool, Silver Partners North Sails and RSB Rigging Solutions, and Insurance Partner Pantaenius.
