American Magic Sells Key America’s Cup Assets to American Racing Challenger Team USA; American Magic Services to Provide Support
American Magic today confirmed that American Racing Challenger Team USA has acquired key America’s Cup sailing assets from the team, including the AC75 yacht Patriot and two AC40 platforms. These assets will anchor American Racing Challenger Team USA’s campaign for the 38th America’s Cup, scheduled for Naples in the spring of 2027.
American Magic Services, based at the American Magic High Performance Center in Pensacola, Florida, will support American Racing Challenger Team USA’s challenge while continuing to deliver advanced engineering, manufacturing, and systems integration capabilities for other customers across high-performance marine, aerospace, and defense applications.
The program will use American Magic Services’ Pensacola base for race boat modifications and on-water testing, further strengthening the region’s position as a fast-growing, premier global hub for high-performance sailing, advanced manufacturing, and innovation.
