Safety Requirements: The 2026 Chicago Mackinac Safety Requirements (CMSRs) are available to review on the Race Dashboard. Additionally, you’ll find new information about USCG acceptable electronic flares.
No Invitation Necessary: Same as in 2025, we want to make the registration process as easy as possible. If you’ve raced before, you can plan on simply entering the race when registration opens tomorrow. For those looking to enter the race for the first time, you will not need to request an invitation, however the Selections Committee will require a description of your crew and your experience to review your eligibility.
