The megayacht Octopus, from Microsoft co-founder Paul Allen, is still looking for a new owner after two years. Its price and its years complicate the sale.

Currently, the 126-meter megayacht Octopus occupies the number one position in the ranking of the most expensive boats for sale in the world. And in the 22nd position of the largest private yachts in the world.
Since its launch in 2003, the Octopus has also become a floating embassy for the business of Bill Gates’ partner. The most VIP characters from around the world were seen on the decks of the boat in summer or at the most popular parties on the coast of Cannes. The yacht was built at the German shipyard Lürssen on the plans made by the Espen Oeino studio. It has two helipads, two submarines, seven motorboats, a glass-bottom pool, and a basketball court.
The megayacht uses diesel engines (19,200 horsepower in total) with which she reaches a cruising speed of 20 knots and a range of 1,200 miles.
