The Valencia Boat Show returns to its face-to-face format this 2021 with a full full of exhibitors and setting the record for brands present to date. The Valencian boat show, organized by La Marina de València and the Union of Nautical Companies (UEN) has been presented this morning, and will open its doors to the public on October 28 in a five-day event that will end on Monday, November 1 , coinciding with the holiday of All Saints.
The presentation was attended by Eduardo Gil, director of the Valencia Boat Show by Insurnautic; Isabel Gil, president of the Union of Nautical Companies (UEN); José Frasquet, Director of Strategy of La Marina de València and Rafael Lacasa, CEO of Insurnatic, main sponsor of the event.
Five days to experience the sea
38,000 square meters dedicated to boating, 102 exhibitors and more than 70 new boats from the main brands in the sector that together with a complete agenda of activities, and the exhibition of nautical engines, accessories, products and services will offer five days to experience the sea in all its aspects.
New boats and novelties, innovative solutions, technological applications, engines, electronics, marinas and ports, accessories, plans and tourist destinations will coexist with the most curious nautical devices such as underwater rescue drones, water bicycles with foils, water toys or electronic devices that They allow from monitoring the boat to reserving a mooring in real time.
From 5.5 to 18 meters in length
The number of brands present has reached unprecedented figures this year. Shipyards such as Azimut, Beneteau, Dufour, Excess, Hanse, Lagoon, Jeanneau, De Antonio Yachts, Pardo Yachts and X Yachts will not miss the Valencian appointment, which will include an area dedicated to catamarans with the presence of the new Moon 60, the French Neel Yachts, Bali or Lagoon and numerous dry motor and outboard units. From 5.5 to 18 meters in length and with the possibility of sea trials for potential buyers, thanks to the exceptional conditions of La Marina de València.
Free and discounted activities
In addition to the commercial exhibition of boats and nautical equipment, the Valencia Boat Show this year has the most complete schedule of activities in recent editions. Sailing trips, paddle surf outings at a popular price, sailing for children, rowing baptisms, training focused on surfing or free tests of nautical equipment will fill the water surface of La Marina de València from October 28 to November 1 .
Federations, companies and associations have turned to the Valencia Boat Show to offer sustainability talks, product demonstrations, children’s workshops, and sea baptisms in disciplines as different as sailing, paddle surfing, foil or rowing. All sea sports come together at the Valencia Boat Show.
The Valencian show reaffirms its commitment to combining the benchmark commercial exhibition, a space for the economy, innovation and the exchange of knowledge, and at the same time being a dissemination platform and bringing sailing to all citizens.
Regatta of heroes: tribute to the toilets
On Friday, October 29, the Valencia Boat Show by Insurnautic will celebrate the “Heroes Regatta”, a sailing test for health personnel, as a token of appreciation for their work and with the aim of paying tribute to them. The contest invites health workers to experience a different day at sea, approaching the sport of sailing in a fun, dynamic and safe way, and of course with free participation, since this test is non-profit, and has the sponsorship of QuickSail Charter and the Alisios, Fanautic and Navega y Compartir Nautical School and the collaboration of the Valencian Community Sailing Federation and the Real Club Náutico de Valencia.
The Valencia Boat Show by Insurnactic hours are from 10 in the morning to 7 in the afternoon, with free access and open to the public except for the “Passion for Nautical” area, whose access is paid (€ 10) or by invitation. As a novelty, the entrance to the show will be through Tinglado 2 of La Marina de València.
