New generation of 45 “monitors – Furuno-Bӧning AHD 1145 GW

Furuno introduced the new generation of 45 ”AHD 1145 GW ultra-wide monitors developed together with Böning Automationstechnologie GmbH.

The historic collaboration between the two companies, the result of the union of Furuno’s vast experience in navigation and communication equipment and Böning’s technology for on-board automation and monitoring, has allowed us to create a new concept of display that is unique in its gender by size and design.

This new generation of ultra-wide monitors, with 4K resolution at high brightness of 1000 cd / m2, is ideal for use on the bridge and is the perfect complement to the integrated Smart Bridge dashboards, guaranteeing a high degree of customization.

Thanks to the high resolution and 45-inch screen, the AHD 1145 GW offers enough space for a convenient display of all expected functions: from boat parameters to navigation data.

In fact, it is possible to create multiple pages to simultaneously display the navigation (radar, chart, depth sounder, sonar, etc.) and monitoring pages and thus obtain maximum integration.

The ability to monitor and control the vessel directly from the monitors will make navigation even safer and easier.
