With the publication of the Announcement of Regatta, the Organizing Committee opens the registration period for the 40th Copa del Rey MAPFRE. Those teams that register before May 30 will enjoy a reduced registration fee. After this date, and until June 17, they can also register, although they will have to pay the full entry fee.

As reflected in the Regatta Announcement, the 40th Copa del Rey MAPFRE will feature, in addition to the Maxis and ORC in corrected time, five classes that will compete in real time: the first to cross the finish line wins. Following tradition, the competition program reserves the first two days (July 30 and 31) for the confirmation of entries and registration, while the regattas will be held from August 1 to 6 from 1:00 p.m., at except for the J70 and Women’s Cup classes that will start the official tests on Tuesday, August 2nd.
The 40th Copa del Rey MAPFRE is organized by the Real Club Náutico de Palma (RCNP) by delegation of the Royal Spanish Sailing Federation (RFEV).
