120 BEACHED BOATS AFTER THE DESCENT OF THE TIDE IN ECUADOR
Several Santa Rosa fishermen were unable to leave after at least 120 boats were left in the sand when the tide dropped.
It is not the first time that something like this has happened, especially in periods of waves.
Those who work on small boats were recommended to always use safety equipment, especially life jackets and communication equipment.
In addition to the residents, tourists and those who carry out their coastal activities, be attentive to the signs and warnings issued by the control organisms, do not enter the sea alone and, if possible, stay in the area designated for bathers.
Before entering the sea, they should consult authorized personnel about the characteristics of the beach where they are, what are the dangerous areas or information about the tide times.
